1. Entry to this competition is free but entrants must qualify by completing the referral form on the entry landing page. Any individual involved in promoting this competition or involved with any of the participating parties is ineligible to enter. Entries must be entered in accordance with these terms and conditions and by entering this competition, you are stating that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions. Otto IT may use its discretion to refuse to award the prizes to any participant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. To be eligible to enter the competition, all participants must complete the referral form on or before 11:59 pm (AEST) on the 29th September 2023.

3. By entering the competition, entrants consent to Otto IT obtaining their personal information and understand that, for these purposes, Otto IT may disclose that data to third parties where necessary, such as partners, service providers, prize distributors and, if necessary, to government and regulatory bodies in Australia. Unless otherwise directed by the participant, Otto IT will hold your personal information for as long as is necessary to comply with all legal, taxation and other regularity requirements and for sales, marketing and research purposes. 4. There are no entry limits per person. You can enter as many times as you like by referring more businesses. The winners will be randomly selected from the successful competition entries on the 30th September 2023. The competition is being held across Australia only and there will be one (1) winner. The winner of the competition will receive a travel voucher that can be redeemed for a stay at The Farmhouse - Meletos Estate. The winners will be notified via the email address they submitted upon referring a business. This competition is being held by Otto IT and their decision is final.

5. The travel vouchers will be sent to winners via email or a postal address disclosed by the winners by the 15th October 2023.

6. The travel vouchers cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. If the travel vouchers become unavailable for any reason, Otto IT reserve the right to substitute a product of equal value or specification, subject to any applicable laws or written directions from a regulatory authority.

7. The chance to enter the competition will end on 29th September 2023 at 11.59 pm (AEST).

8. Entries received after the competition period has ended will not be entered into the prize draw, however, personal information may still be collected and used for marketing and sales purposes. Otto IT does not accept responsibility for any entries that are late, lost, delayed or misdirected. Once submitted, all entries become the property of Otto IT and will not be returned.

9. Otto IT is not responsible for any incorrect information or other errors (whether technical or otherwise) that may occur during the selection of this competition prize draw.

10. Otto IT reserve the right to offer a different prize award or no prize if they are not satisfied with the draw process.

11. If anything happens that prevents or restricts Otto IT’s ability to conduct the prize draw or to deliver the travel vouchers to the winners, Otto IT may, in its discretion, cancel the draw or reinstate it at a later date under the same terms and conditions or select another winner.

12. Otto IT reserve the right to check the validity of any competition entry or claim (including identity and other personal information pertaining to the participant).
